AIRDRIE CULTUREFEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Producer will:
Produce Airdrie CultureFest at Nose Creek Regional Park located at 1691 Main St S, Airdrie, AB T4B 1C5, to take place on July 1, 2026 open to the public from 11AM to 6PM;
Provide for the exhibitor’s use a 10’ x 10’ space with one 6 foot table (banquet) positioned within the tent with two chairs. The producers reserve the right to designate table assignments and to modify them if deemed necessary;
Produce and distribute promotional material through social media, posters and provide media with public service announcements.
Upon registration and payment, all sales will be deemed final. Refunds may be requested and will be approved on a case-by-case basis if received before May 1, 2026.
The Exhibitor/Vendor will:
Pay the producer the appropriate sum as defined in the registration for their participation via the registration portal. No refund policy in effect after registering.
Complete all necessary forms and provide full payment upon registration to validate this agreement;
Provide additional chairs and tables, display equipment & Wi-Fi. Power is not provided and generators are approved for Food Vendor Booths only.
Release the Airdrie CultureFest Society, its Board of Directors and volunteers and the City of Airdrie from any liability for any damage, loss, theft, breakage or injury to property or persons;
Unload at the time requested at the Vendor Orientation Meeting (date and time TBD) and load out at 6PM. Exhibitors must be situated at booth location by no later than 10AM. Failure to do so will automatically release booth location back to the producer and no refund will be issued. Exhibitor may not dismantle before 6PM.
Keep area clean and tidy with extra stock and personal items stored under tables, behind skirting and out of public view;
Agree to the rules and regulations of Alberta Health Services as they pertain to food handling. All participants selling, serving, sampling food or drink must submit a Special Event Vendor Notification form by no later than May 1, 2026. https://form.jotform.com/241134460410037
Supply own garbage containers and clear own trash at the end of the day.
The agreement will become effective upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment, dated at the time of registration.
No refunds. The producer will not be liable for refunds or any liabilities whatsoever if the festival is disrupted due to any act of God, strikes, statutes or any case beyond the producer’s control. This is an outdoor event, rain or shine and the producer will not be held responsible for shelter, alternate indoor sights or alternate dates in the case of inclement weather or reasons out of the producer's control.
Registration and agreement of these terms as a vendor have deemed you the business owner, part of the membership of the Airdrie CultureFest Society.
